Terms of sale

What you buy. An Excel model (£29) for one market in one country, or a custom report (from £149) as agreed by email. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Delivery. Models download immediately after payment. The download link works for 30 days.
Who processes your payment. Model purchases are processed through Stripe's Managed Payments service, with Stripe acting as the merchant of record: Stripe takes the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country, and issues your receipt.
Cancellation. Models are digital content supplied immediately at your request. By accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, email us and we'll fix it or arrange a refund.
Use. You may use a model for your own business purposes, including in presentations and reports with attribution. You may not resell or republish the model itself.
Accuracy. Official figures are reproduced as published by Eurostat and the Office for National Statistics, with their source cells. Projections and addressable-market figures in the models are based on the assumptions you set; they are illustrations, not forecasts or advice.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Privacy

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for model purchases and is responsible for the payment data it collects. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares your email address, name and billing country with us so we can deliver your purchase and keep records.
If you subscribe to our weekly email, your email address is stored by our email provider, Kit, and used only to send it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence to answer you and for our records.
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires (currently six years), then delete them.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, at[email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
